Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This indicates that we have registered your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the transaction. Immediately after receiving your order, we contact our suppliers to verify that the item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or not available, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item(s) are available for shipping within 5 business days, we will finalize the charges and prepare your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date you placed your order. We will provide you with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please feel free to reach out to us at support@mycampingdirect.com.
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the USA. However, some exceptions apply; if our website allows you to check out and input your shipping address, you will receive your order. Certain products are available for shipping to Canada.
Changing Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you wish to change your address, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please be aware that address changes may cause delays. Additionally, any extra charges incurred from our freight companies due to this change will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions will be made.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee. We make sure our vendors know of new orders to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. With that being said, if a customer decides to cancel an order due to a shipment not arriving in the estimated time frame, customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees associated with the order. Any customer that files a chargeback for delays in shipping will be held criminally liable for theft. No Exceptions Apply.
